Cuban Resolution on Overpopulation Passes

Immediately following the passage of the Russian Federation's resolution on genocide, the Cuban resolution on overpopulation also passed. 

The resolution details measures to decrease the population, such as healthcare services, reproductive education for women, and the promotion of contraceptives among many others. While taking these measures into consideration, many countries proposed amendments to clarify certain details within the document. 

After much more debate than the previous resolution, the document finally passed at the hands of a noted two-thirds vote.
